‘This Is The End Of The Beginning’: The Final Series Of The ‘Peaky Blinders’

Finally, the sixth season of the ‘Peaky Blinders’ has arrived. After a long two years, Thomas Shelby has come with the series.

A special preview of the show took place in Birmingham. Three hundred lucky fans among fifty thousand applicants got the opportunity to join the screening and go for the red carpet at Cineworld, Birmingham.

This show has been successfully executed with all the casts and crews.

In an interview, Shelby revealed that the show won’t have a ‘cookie cutter’ ending, and stated that it ‘keeps the world alive’.

For all the audience Rundle said, ‘I think whatever life is had after the series, this will forever be the show, Peaky Blinders the box set. If you want to know what Peaky Blinders is, you watch series 1 to now’.

She also said that ‘So that feels very moving, that whatever happens after this, it feels like we will be putting something to bed here. And this will be the legacy of Peaky. And I think people will enjoy it’.

Steven Knight, the maker of the show said that the final series is ‘the end of the beginning’. The show has received a huge response from everyone. He has also said ‘It’s a world that has a life around the world… it’s so popular, but you stop when people want it to stop, not when we want it to stop’.

People have been anticipating the show for a long time. From this season the fans will surely be relieved to hear that Tommy Shelby and his gang will be alive in the show.

The upcoming sixth season will see Cillian Murphy, Paul Anderson, Sam Claflin, Natasha O’Keeffe, Tom Hardy, and Anya Taylor-Joy all reprise their roles. Stephen Graham and Conrad Khan both join the cast as new characters.

Not only the audience is excited about the series but all the cast are excited too for everyone to watch it.

‘nervous for everyone to see it’, said Finn Cole, who played the character Michael Gray.

Sophie Rundal expressed herself by saying ‘It’s been 10 years and no-one expected it to be so loved as it is, so this is a really lovely thing today to stand and take stock of what the show is and what it has been and sort of share with everyone and be here in Birmingham’.
