While in residency, he produced the most plastic surgery publications of any surgeon within his program and was invited to give presentations at highly regarded plastic surgery societies in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, and Nassau, Bahamas.

Despite being heavily recruited around the country, Dr. Jaiswal was attracted to the unique culture of Las Vegas and completed a one-year fellowship in advanced training at the University of Nevada before embarking on his professional journey.
