Earthquake shock in Arunachal Pradesh and North Easter parts of India

On Friday afternoon, the earthquake struck in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and states located in the northeastern part. The magnitude of the earthquake was 5.6 on the Richter scale.

According to the report, this earthquake took place at 2:52 pm. The areas were the tremors are felt are in Guwahati, parts of Assam, and Dimapur in Nagaland.

So far report of Met Office website, the epicenter of this natural disaster was located at a depth of 10km at East Kameng district which is in Arunachal Pradesh.

Officials added that till now there is no news of any damage or injury
