Microsoft is planning to buy the company of Call of Duty and Candy Crush with the huge amount of $68.7B that will immediately be making the Xbox maker the richest gaming company in the business.

This deal will make Microsoft even larger than Nintendo and the owner of gaming franchises like Call of Duty, Warcraft, and Overwatch.

It will also help to defeat the tech competitor Meta, formerly Facebook which is building both work and gaming realms.

This deal will be the biggest deal of the time in the tech industry. In the previous time, Dell bought the data-storage company EMC in 2016 with $60B.

Microsoft said that this will help to flourish their business both in computers and mobiles.

Activision Blizzard has almost 10,000 employees and there have been allegations on the company of misconduct and unequal pay.

The Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that ‘it’s critical for Activision Blizzard to drive forward’.

Nadella even said that they are investing a chunk of money to build a greater gaming world and create a new era.

Activision Blizzard is a huge company that has around 400 million active players in 190 countries. So this announcement from Microsoft has surprised everyone.

The company is in a little trouble since it comes to know about the investigation about the discrimination and harassment against women in the workspace.

On the other side, Microsoft is not doing great as Sony’s machines have better facilities than the Xbox. But the only disadvantage Sony has is that it can’t be played on every device.

Activision Blizzard games can be played on both Microsoft and Sony so there is still little confusion that who will manage to buy the company.

Microsoft has given a conventional proposal of Netflix-styled gaming subscription which is the future of gaming.

Now the audiences have to wait till the Call of Duty company takes any decision and makes the announcement.
