Kyles being a 2020th Graduate explained how Covid-19 helped “- isolate my mind and enhance my craft that loves so much.”

AK was born on January 21, 2002, to Alfonzo Kyles and Tammy Jackson. Raised around the family’s love for music AK soon gained that same love for it. Introduced to Disc Jockeying in 2014, around his 6th-grade year at Georgian Hills Middle(also located in Frayser).he grew an interest in simple beat making, such as Pencil beating on the table. “I would do more than just tap on the table, it was like the pencil was my whole drum pad I needed back then” AK joked.

In 2016, his freshman year of high school at Martin Luther King Prep. High, AK finally knew that he wanted to be a well-known producer. Discouragement followed that year, as he found out later on that his beats weren’t quite rap-able on so he found a better approach and befriended Juniors; Deshaun Winston ($hun Da Gunman), Timothy Harper & William Denham (Luh Will), who was known at that time as Yung Pharos. He begin making beats for them that helped him learn the flow of each rapper. As AK further gained knowledge and experience in Producing beats, he begin working and soon creating “Emotional”, “Long Way”,& “Storm” with other artists such as LongWay, $hun Da GunMan & HTB Kayvo.
