The stunning actress Lori Loughlin with her husband Mossimo Giannulli, made a small win when the federal judge Calls Coercion Allegations ‘Disturbing’ in the court. Her College Admission Case became a huge scandal until she heard the verdict in her favor. It all started when the FBI supposedly set Rick Singer to make a false case about the extra money they allegedly paid to get their daughters into USC.

It was the People Magazine that has disclosed the pair guided a legal team to file a motion to withdraw the scandalous case. They charged against the singer who was the brain behind this forgery to take them down. The alleged ‘FBI investigators’ were exposed as the miscreants who snared the Fuller House actress Lori Loughlin and her better half Giannull into the trap to disrespect them so that they back down.

Tammy Bruce twitted on this after the verdict was given, that the judge has found the misconduct of FBI agents something very ‘serious and disturbing’.

The U.S. District Judge Nathaniel Gorton could not stop ranting about the case after the allegations put forward in the case. It was a disturbing truth. Gorton mentioned about the troubling conversation the singer had.

It came into light that the pair has bribed Rick Singer millions of dollars to enroll their two teenage daughters in the University of Southern California crew team in 2019.

After the case got fueled by the media, Singer chose to cooperate with the FBI agents to rip up every detail about the scheme and bribing. He clearly brought charges against the couple but the whole case took an unpredicted turn when the singer alleged the FBI investigators to treat him harshly and forcing to fiddle about it. He came with a shocking statement that those agents pressured him to make a false statement to accuse Lori Loughlin with MossimoGiannulli with the mentioned criminal offense. He was aggressively threatened to lie about them to make sure the two celebrity parents cannot escape a hard session in the jail.

After the flipped statement of Singer, Judge Gorton found his ambiguity to be ‘serious and disturbing’ for the law. He also warned the government agents not to misuse their power. They could go to any extent to investigate the truth but ‘suborn the commission of a crime’ was never on the list.

Though he will be continuing the case further and told the prosecutors to respond to Loughlin and Giannulli’s allegations by May 1st.

On the other hand, the pictures of their daughter’s rowing photos are everywhere on the internet just like the hot topic of the accusation.

There is a serious charge that the couple is facing right now that can throw them into prison for the next 30 years. They are charged with federal programs bribery, money laundering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. In the last trail they were not found guilty and Singer’s new statement saved another day for them.

Now Loughlin and Giannulli have filed a motion to dismiss the false accusations against them by the FBI agents as the prosecutors delivered the pictures of their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose proving that they were on rowing team though they never played the sport.

The two are accused of the crime to bribe with $500,000 to the University of Southern California for their daughters but the celebrity couple put it down as a donation.
